How do I get past the 'money waiting for you' screen?

Hello everyone.

I was recently sent some money on PayPal, and I tried to put it in my wallet, and it says that I need to essentially dox myself (Social Security #, name, etc.) I'd like to know how I can get around this, and spend the money in my wallet without giving out my stuff. Here's some pics
