How do I get a CC that is not detected as debit?

I need a CC for a website that requieres cards not to be debit, because they charge a % when you order and another % when that order arrives. I guess you know what I'm planning on doing here 

Is there something like what I'm looking for? A "real" CC that I can upload funds, but it's not considered a debit card? Will Revolut work?
