Idk if my approach is the correct one, but I'd probably start by having a couple of friends/ppl vouch for you and just advertise your service wherever you can (Different forums, put it in banners etcetc...) - which seems rather intuitive imo. Eventually you'll start getting customers depending on how you do it but from a financial perspective idk how worth it is. Maybe someone else gives you a better suggestion. Good luck tho! :)
