Help with ban on your-surveys ?

So I've been doing those surveys on prizerebel and accidently connected with VPN and was going to do a fucking your-survey surveys and I got myself banned
Contacted their support ( no response still, ticket waiting)

I tried creating new acc but ban is still there  thinking
Any suggestions on how to get new fresh acc with your-surveys workin' again ?
