Help with an openbullet repo

I need help with making an openbullet repo.

I already set it up and it works fine but only with localhost.

Code:

Hosting environment: Production
Content root path: C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\Repo
Now listening on: http://0.0.0.0:5000

I'm wondering if anyone can help me set this up with an actual host so i can start apply people (friends and customers mainly) to receive certain configs.
for example instead of putting http://localhost:5000/api/configs
I want it to be something like
http://blackgemog.com/api/configs
or something like that. Any and all help will be greatly appeciated <3
