Help needed: Remove 2FA

Good afternoon,
I need advice on how to remove 2FA from my main account.
The situation: I accidentally deleted the authenticator app from my phone. Unfortunately, I do not have my backup codes saved, so I cannot log in.
Verification: I still have full access to the registered email associated with the account.
Could you please advise who I should contact or where I need to write to verify my identity and get the 2FA disabled?
