Help : Search Engine Tools For Research

Hello, I am getting started in research and development. Is there any tool for advanced google search or advanced search engine tools ? I know there are few google commands where you can use that to broaden your search but I am looking for some tool to search for some articles, company reports, research papers and some deep information which google doesn't show up on normal search.  It would be good if that tools has option like search in a particular site or ignore a particular site while search.

Yeah double quotes comes in handy, there are so many commands like this for google. Is there any tool for that comprising all such options ? Thanks for your reply Carrie.

Hey, I don't know what kind of research you're doing, but i'm a student, and https://scholar.google.com/  has really come in handy, its google search engine, but you can search article's essay's and even historical texts for your area, things like that. Hope this helps!
