So please i need help recovering my c.to account

So i had the 2fa activated on the account and my old phone is long gone
Anyways i used to login just fine till today when i tried and it just signed out.. after i put in my username and password it says type ur 2fa code to confirm its you
I have a new phone now idk from where the fuck i'm gonna get this code please help me get my contributor account back
