Hello, I have a problem with connecting to the website

The website won't load on my computer, but works fine on a phone, also I'm geting an error opening a program.. Here it is..

I have no clue what Z-Flix is or what it's used for but by looking at the exception it is clear the program is trying to connect to HTTPS port (443) on your computer which it cannot since there is nothing listening for connections.
Run software as administrator maybe?
