Hi y’all . I really need some help urgently . I don’t mind paying or learning to do it .If you could point me out to any resources or an individual that i can pay to do it  it would be really helpful and I’d appreciate it a lot . So basically there’s this garage software my father wants to use , unfortunately my dads employees can’t speak or write English and access to the internet is very limited in their area . I already have an idea on how to access the apps ASAR package . I was wondering if it’s possible to :

1. Add an additional language to the program

2. Be able to access it offline

3. Crack the and enable the pro features
