Method is garbage. OP starts by saying refund is impossible even though his title implies that it's possible, then he suggests you send BTC and "replace by fee." Go google replace by fee. That's not spoofing and getting a refund. Replace by fee is paying a higher fee to make your BTC transaction go through. Do not reply to thread.
