Ok, so I just saw the vulnerabilities of a website, now what?
What can I do to a website once I used Nmap to see the vulnerable ports?

For example, my college's website where there's a lot of information about people because you have to log in with a registration number, but, am I able to get that info? What should I do as a pentester?
How could I know which vulnerabilities are useful and what can I get from them?

Many questions

What can I do to a website once I used Nmap to see the vulnerable ports?
find the perpose of the port and try to exploit
