BlackBullet v2.1.6 config

[b]Its first config, so there may be bugs or glitches,
 but config works good.

I've tested in both versions, [b]v2.1.6[/b]

and it works good in newest version

 v2.5.1 too

Gotta practice, and make new configs

 and share them with u here so gimme like for more.
