Hello,
I am looking for someone who can help me out with this situation. I have stucked money on PayPal and getting message "sorry we are not able to complete your payment at this time" when trying to send it out.
If someone can help me out it would be great. I can send it to you bank account or card linking it to my PayPal account or if you have any other bypass different than "wait 48h" it would be great.
