Greedy scammer

Few hours ago https://cracked.sh/mannymanny scammed me 25usd in return for netflix accounts. I made the first payment to his paypal account which is kimi111@protonmail.com . I paid 25 USD, he return 22 USD & i made the rest of the payment to his BTC 


 
Now he is back with https://cracked.sh/kimi111 to scam me again.  WTF?
