Got 50% warning without posting anything

I got banned for leeching for 3 days I didn't know that I have to 10 posts per thread so I had 50% warning then I got banned and after I got unbanned I got 50% warning again without posting anything why?
Btw sorry I will try to Contribute as much as I can.
