Good VPS for hacking

Currently I have a VPs from a project a while back but I am currently looking into getting a new one and I was wondering what is considered a good windows vps to use for such stuff as using openbullet?
I am currently looking at a 4 Core, 8GB Ram although I am not sure if I would need more or if a 2Core 4GB Ram do the same?

I'm pretty new to this so I'm really looking for any sort of information that may help me learn some more.

hey i think you mean cracking. Also you can just get hq proxies and use VM lol. VPS’s are better but you will have to pay money. and 2 core with 4gb isn’t awful but it’s bad.

Yep my bad I meant cracking, and I'd prefer using a vps over a vm mostly for the internet speeds that you can get from a vps.
