I have been working at a call center and dealing with refunds/packages regarding orders around 500-20K$  And I got to say, I have heard a lot shitty stories regarding why the order did not come blah blah blah.  I have to say though, I have heard a lot of SE Friends over the phone lol and I am usually nicer with them. lol

SO, the whole point of this thread is a guide of scenarios that you can use to get your refund/replacement faster than usual. If it works for this big company (I can not say or else I am fired lol), it would totally work for anything I would say.
