ok, so I and my friend @KapClown have found this bug,
when u choose a winner u get a reply from the bot saying who the winner is right?
so if the bot's reply is supposed to make another page to the replies it just won't show the reply
the only way to fix that is by making a new reply yourself, then it would show the new page with the winners reply

When I chose a winner no one could see the bot's reply until I made a new reply
