Again use a popular platform like Facebook
Make a Facebook profile, anything is ok, you will change the Infos later on
Go in the bank/credit cards and etx pages
Under their posts look for user comments complaining about something of their bank/card and etc
We will exploit this
Set up your profile to look alike of the bank that the guy does have
Contact the guy by saying something like we are the customer support of the bank (put the name of the bank), and say what's the problem
Do listen it for a while and act like a customer agent
And throw in some bullshit like to solve this problem we do need a photo of your id, and/or their credit card details, and/or where do they live, cell number and etc for confirming identy purposes or some other bullshit like that
And boom you got the data that you wanted
