Lately i've been gambling alot, If I lose, I keep chasing the loss and end up losing even more. I'm down over 1.5k USD.
Have any of you faced the same issue ? If so, how did you manage to stop gambling ?

I say stop, if you cant afford it dont keep playing. Like I was down like 200$ then did a 80$ blackjack game then accidentally did 50$ and profitted and never touching a casino again

dont try to bet more to recover your loss, you will just keep losing, just leave it like that, u lost some money, stop it and you will slowly get more money with work, dont try to accelerate the proccess by betting gl bro

The best step is to realize that you can't handle this problem on your own, go see a therapist or at the very least get an accountability buddy to keep you in check, that's what I'm doing I gambled for HOPEFULLY the last time on Monday after my first session with an addictions specialist, turned my last £75 into £2200, lost £500 of it so I'm determined not to lose any more so I can quit on a high note

Accept that your money is lost and see a therapist if you can, don't do what I did and spend 8 years convincing yourself you can manage it alone while the problem gets worse
