Force IP Ban for multiple account/leeching

If any User get banned due to leech or spam content

His/her IP should get banned :)

There should be one account per one IP

Whenever he try to get register he should get message saying you are ban

This thing is not implemented on this forum.I tried that stuff

Make that you cannot logout if you are banned, only way to logout is by clearing cache and cookies which most of the people don't know how to do.

I was stuck on the Nulled banned page for a month because I couldn't logout xd

We already ban IPs for spammers and hardcore leechers.

not me my friend always leech but they were able to make new account
