Follower Update - Addition

Dear Cracked.to Team, [ @J_S , @KSZ ]

Since the new Follower Update has been released, I feel like there is still a lot of space for improving this System.
I had the Idea of adding a Settings Menu for this Follower System.

Things like: Disabling Notifications or only getting one once the user Makes a Thread, instead of a Post.

This would probably Improve the overall Quality of this, and would cause less Inbox Spam for Users that follow more People.
