i see many users post their websites , tools inside sub forums , sig etc... i got reported because of my php links many times 

but is it possible to post simple effective own hosted php tools , example : freepik premium downloader tool??

what is the restrictions of this and where should be posted? giveaway section? leaks sections? and how to get my link approved ??
