I think we need more staff
The ban appeals, deal disputes and feedbacks/suggestions are read very late / not read by the staff.

I just went through the deal disputes section as found many complaints still unattended, including mine

Let me know what you all think about this suggestion

use PM system to message hans or ksz as well :) that might help a bit and a deal dispute takes time to get solved it isnt that quick... 
and regarding your scam report..i heard from somewhere netflix trail accounts are going dead rapidly. and i guess his accounts were trial accounts thats why they went dead anyway he must refund if he cant provide the service :)
and I suggest you when buying any service please do a proper search through out the site :) join discord servers of sellers such and such then only do the transaction

Yes, I understand the accounts went dead, but atleast the seller should take responsibility, and atleast reply to me, anyways the moderators have already started looking up my issue and I'm sure they'll solve it.
As far as the discord server is considered, the seller doesn't have any, and in fact I had got his username from his sellix shop
