Add favourite emoji feature, so we can save our favourite emotes so we can find them without searching a lot in threads instead of those https://prnt.sc/QawguRWV-2y_

Also it can be also in shoutbox instead of scrolling through a huge ass list in the emojis list, we can have a button when we hover an emoji like a heart, when we click on it it adds that emoji into our favourite emojis list, @J_S
