Fake vouches and reps

So I sell https://cracked.sh/Thread-Autobuy-1-VOUC...SAVE-MONEY and one guy from Bangladesh bought from me my method and then just asked for refund. On shoppy is 'no refunds' and he received everything that he bought. I said that I can help him and that he should try bonus method. After 8 hours he left me bad feedback on my shoppy and leaked it. then he sent my method to few people and they wrote me vouch without buying it. I blocked all of these people and banned them from my discord server, also banned that guy from Bangladesh.
Btw I refunded him all of his money and he said that he will change that feedback and nothing.
I have proof of it, please (admins) contact me on my discord or reply where should I contact you. I really need help with it.
