The OP is clearly misusing this service.

If you would like to progress this dispute you will need to provide valid evidence of the service not working.

If you desire traffic simulation on bit<dot>ly it only requires sending a curl request to the URL under a proxy,
it can be automated in programs similar to openbullet very easily.

Deal dispute resolved.
