Additional Information: basically I was asking if someone can gift me tele premium in exchange for BTC in shoutbox and he told me to dm him on tele which I did and everything went well i sent the money first then he gifted the tele premium but today i logged into telegram just to see that i dont have it so he refunded it which i dont understand why such "HQ" "trusted" member would do that for $30?
