Go to otterbox/ifeproof warranty
Click retail location
Click bestbuy or anywhere you can create a receipt for (if you need receipt generator message me)
Find the product you are wanting to receive 
Select date as 2 weeks before from submitting warranty claim
For product issue somewhere along the lines of dmaaged.
For picture use apps like ebay, offerup, craigslist, google images, etc. to find damaged product pictures. (if none found use chatgpt, deepseek, kimi, etc.)
Add to cart then order.
