I find Macs super easy to use, so I don’t really get why anyone would need help figuring them out. I mean, I’m not a tech genius, and I haven’t had any major problems. The only thing I struggled with was keeping my Mac updated on time. There’s auto-updating and scheduling and all that, but it didn’t really work for me. Thankfully, there are guides like this one https://setapp.com/how-to/how-to-update-macos, so I could update my Mac easily without spending hours trying to figure it out.
