If you are a shop owner, Or similar to being a service provider, You will see lots of people wanting to "Help you". I will be exposing what they are up to, so you can avoid disasters

These customer live chat agents you hire, Often are really nice, Their price is cheap, They are reliable (Example: Someone trusted on forums). You will see some of them are really rich however they want to do it for free to "Help the community out". As they say "If something is Free, you are the product"

Let's have a Look at what they want from you: Asking for price is just a camolouge for them, So they stay out of your suspicion. They want something more than just "Money"
If they are trusted, They will say they like you so much they want to help you out for free. Do you see the pattern here?

Let me clear it up for you, They steal your information for their own benefit, It is proven time and time again, If someone is from forums, They are either Rich, Scammer Or Social Engineers who use words to manipulate you. If you need someone to be live chat agent, Better Hire someone from elsewhere and not from forums.

What they do with it?
- They open their own shop
- They sell it to your competitors for High price
- They blackmail you (This is rare but it happens)
- They steal your products
- They notice when you are offline and when you are online, And tell customers on live chat that if they pay manually to them, They will get cheaper products. People think they are livechat agents = Owner. So they pay, If they wanna do it for long-term, They will simply sell your product to them from your own stock, keeping the money for themselves
