Additional Information: I purchased a 1-year warranty account from this seller during October. As shown in the photo, the account stopped working and it's still under warranty, so I tried asking for a new account, and he straight up told me to fuck off and delete all telegram chats. I can't even reply to him on his website for some reason. I will like a refund for not fulfilling your word and not staying true. You can't just randomly change your policy whenever you feel like it.
