Additional Information: I've purchased a wise acc from them, and i got it in the evening and i said that i will check it in the morning, so basically its morning and i received an email that they will permanently close my acc because some policy shit. I haven't even logged into the acc yet and got this. I logged into the acc rn and this is what i see, image below. Please refund, i don't want replacement i'll buy other banks cause i'm unlucky with wise. + it was so hard to log in because i have iphone and that fanytel is android:(
