Hello,
I had added this big headed seller originally for the IPTV topic. When I clicked on his Telegram profile it redirected me to his channel where I also saw an affordable yearly Adobe offer. I decided to purchase both. He informed me that IPTV was unavailable but he clearly stated that the Adobe service came with a 1-year guarantee and a personal email.
Since nowhere on his Telegram channel was there any mention of a “trial” or “free trial” I reasonably assumed that the service was legitimate and not based on temporary access. Therefore I proceeded with the payment. After paying he gave me an account but once I logged in I saw that the service was actually provided through a free trial.
I do not want to spend an entire year chasing this seller to continuously update an email account. Additionally the TOS and details he sent after payment contained important information that was not disclosed on his Telegram listing which is misleading to customers.
For these reasons misleading information and failure to deliver the promised service I am requesting a refund[Image: hang.gif]

Hey,
Everything is clearly mentioned in the thread that an email must be provided every 14 days to maintain access. If he didn’t read that, it’s not my responsibility. He contacted me on Telegram himself asking me to create and send an account because he couldn’t create one. I completed his order within a few minutes after receiving the crypto, so there is absolutely no basis for a refund. There was no delay or failure on my part. Buyers who ignore the terms and then try to shift blame are the real issue here. I will not refund a single penny unless a moderator instructs me to do so.

If you had actually read what I wrote you’d know that I didn’t join your channel through the thread you keep referring to. I found your Telegram from a completely different topic IPTV! and only then saw your Adobe post on YOUR TELEGRAM.
So repeating “it was in the thread” doesn’t magically make it relevant to someone who never came from there in the first place.
Also information that affects the nature of the service such as needing a new email every 14 days should be clearly stated where the product is offered not hidden somewhere else and assumed everyone will somehow find it.
I understand it’s easier to blame the buyer than acknowledge missing details but that doesn’t change the facts.

That’s like going to a library for one book, buying a completely different book, and then complaining after purchase. You contacted me directly, placed the order, and I delivered exactly what was agreed. I’m fine waiting for the admins’ decision.
