Driver took a picture of the package what should I do.

I'm trying to SE a xbox one x on amazon.ca I've just received the package and the carrier took a picture of the front house and the package at the door.
 
How should I go about this?
 
Should I wait 2 days or directly doing it after towers 9 - 10pm and claiming I was working and wasn't there to intercept the package?
 
Any of you have experience with this type of situation or tips that could help me?

Me personally i went to customer service and talked to a rep, turns out they still refund if it was "Stolen". So you should be a-ok!
