I’m requesting moderator assistance regarding sales trashing in our sales thread, which is currently affecting our business.

User involved:

Issue summary:
The user above is posting negative and misleading comments in our sales thread. This behavior is **retaliatory**, following a prior dispute in which the user attempted to scam our service.

Background (context for staff only thats why no DD):

* In 2024, this user took two high-end security certification exams through our service and did not pay, resulting in a loss of approximately €2,000.
* We issued a community warning at the time to protect other sellers:

* After the shutdown of c.io, we **rebranded from passexams* to *bypassexams.
* The user believed this was a new service and attempted to repeat the same behavior. We identified the account and prevented further loss.

Current problem:
Since this incident, the user has been sales trashing our thread, not as a genuine customer dispute, but as retaliation. These comments are directly impacting our reputation and sales, despite the user acting in bad faith.

Request:
I respectfully ask for:

* Removal of the user’s posts from our sales thread, and/or
* Appropriate moderation action (warning or ban) for retaliatory sales trashing

I want to make it clear to this scammer boy: you didn’t pass any exam in my trade with this man. He scammed me, as you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/cwCrNFO.
If you look at the date that AzureGod published it, it doesn’t match. I have all the evidence, including our Telegram chat, to prove who actually passed my exam.

@Abstract_cyber helped me for Crowdstrike. I put The proof here (see the image): PHOTO PRAOOF.

I want to point out that AzureGod indirectly admitted being on a blacklist with this statement: "After the shutdown of c.io, we rebranded from passexams to bypassexams."

Another thing I want to highlight is that AzureGod created a fake LinkedIn profile (now banned) to show in his fake proof. Notice the company email checkmark? On his fake profile, it’s not verified—clearly fake (Evidence of identity, same user: https://imgur.com/a/hSx3eQM).
Now, compare it with the original profile, which he has no access to. As you can see, the certification is listed there and the email checkmark is verified, proving his claim is completely false.   Original Profile: https://ibb.co/1S6LQHG
