If someone kills a murder then they are the murder because they killed a person so would it be possible to eradicate all murders in the world without becoming the murder?

If you murder one person, it changes by one obviously.  But as humans, we don't call certain murders "murders," like we make justifications.  Like for example, if a snipers kills someone in battle.  The sniper's not considered a "murderer."
