I'm talking about the Premium ones. Ones which you have to pay for. You know, those you can install remotely when you attach the .exe to a picture attachment and send it over via email.
I'm wondering if any of you have experience doing such things and if it is actually possible and won't be detected by the antivirus. Also want to know if yall recommend any brands to try.

I mean, what else would they do? All they do is record keystrokes and send to you via a communication method. Nothing crazy.

No, but does it actually work?
Like, I have installed one on my own computer. It does work. But I have never successfully installed one remotely over via email. I think mail antivirus's probably catch on and disables our attachment upon scanning that it is likely to contain a hidden .exe file. Right? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Well, scan it on a non distributing AV scanner. It is definitely being blocked. Yes it works, but it is better to place a loader or a rat on their computer, then you can DL/E a keylogger later. Keylogger just reports, you don’t get control over the computer.

Thank you so much for the valuable info.
Sorry for sounding stupid. But what is a "loader" or a "rat"? Can you give examples of such programs?
Thank you in advance.

No problem. RAT = Remote Access Trojan. Examples includ remcos, imminent monitor, and many more. They allow administration tools such as view screen, control screen, view keystrokes, download/execute files, view system files, etc. Each victim connects to your IP/server in order to control them.
Loader: Basically online RAT, with less features but more emphasis on controlling large numbers of bots. You will need a website or dedicated hosting. The features are mainly just for holding and loading bots, loading is just a term for downloading more files like RATs or keyloggers onto the computer. Example is betabot. They tend to be kinda expensive for good ones. Let me know if you have any more questions.
