Additional Information: I purchased an account with points on it on February 4. As shown in the screenshot, the points were redeemed on February 3.I tried contacting your team via Telegram and live chat, but I’m being completely ignored. I sent proof, and you asked for additional proof in the form of a Streamable video—which I also provided. I contacted both owners through Telegram and live chat as well.
All I want is my money back as store credit so I can buy another account. I don’t think you’re scammers—maybe you’re just busy—but if you don’t have time to handle support, please find someone who can.
