Additional Information: I've bought to him 4 upgrade Netflix, at the beginning all worked fine but after short time have starting some problems. Only 1 of 4 now is working fine. I'm waiting from 2 weeks a renew for 1 account and in the meanwhile another one is fault down. Kenix told me that now he has new faster method but doesn't works. Kenix doesn't respond me now, I've tried in Telegram, Discord PM but nothing. The Discord ticket that i've opened in his channel has been closed in silence. Now I'm waiting by 3 days a response from him. I ask the refund at least of 3/4 upgrade account because only one is working fine right now even if when also the fourth will fault, i'll not return to him after this experience. So, I'm disposal for a partial refund of 3 upgrades of 4.

I think that I’ve wait enough, “will fix all today” after days, is enough and also your behaviour is enough… stop working on my customers account (if you ever done something) and refund me at least partially as indicated above. I’ll not write a negative feedback in your Discord channel if we close here the dispute with refund indicated
