I paid him a Wise account, everything worked perfectly, then he told me to top up just 20$ in order to get access to everything, which I did.
After this, the account didn't even last 24 HOURS. I've got it blocked with 70$.
He then started avoiding my messages, and replied with "Oh it's the old method" "It's because you needed to put 20$ with the same card holder's name blablabla"
How am I supposed to top-up an account with the same name if I am buying a Wise Account? That doesn't make ANY SENSE. As long as I pay it then it will work, this is not possible to check the holder's name and it isn't the cause the account got blocked, otherwise how would someone open their accounts? LOL?

I don't care about the 70$ I lost, those are things that could happen, but I would like to get at least refunded for the account which I paid that got completely blocked. Thank you.

First of all he opened a scam report not even a hour after i didn't respond, can't be active 24/7 to react to his messages. You can see it below. He got the account closed by himself because he opened multiple currencies and got send/received in them while the account isn't even opened for 24 hours. Wise blocked the account for "multi-currency" so this is not a problem/fault on my side. Offered him help to reopen the account but what i just could do for him is provide documents related to the account. He is able to get a refund of his wallet from Wise anyway, he just need to appeal himself of why he used multiple currencies.

@fishfillet47 Since you didn't do the initial 20$ deposit to verify the account yourself, the account can't be considered fully verified. Sellers must deposit the initial 20$ before delivering wise accounts as it's mandatory to do so. You will have to refund OP within 24hrs.

It is literally clearly listed that i that the $40 doesn't include the $20 deposit, he pay me for the KYC I am not responsible what he does with the account. Never said "pay me i will verify your wise account" i said i will do kyc openups that literally a whole other thing this doesn't make sense. OP also agreed to close the scam report because it was completely unnecessary he was just scared getting scammed again. I am not refunding something i am not responsible for. There are a lot of sellers on this platform that sell wise accounts without the deposit and never seen a problem with it
