Additional Information: I bought a Belo account, but it's not working when I confronted him regarding this he said I only have to give you a working Belo account, and I have added funds to it when I try to make a purchase card is not working i have try so many different packages but its not working out of 100 try it only work once and since then it's not working I ask him to fix it he said its, not my problem. this is a bank account and i can't even make a payment with the account.
