Someone opened a disput against me without any evidence or reason

You replied to the Scam Report, and the user mentioned is you, user provided images and you still replied to the scam report, as the deal was made between you too. 
Staff will solve this.

Deal was made, user has the right to open a Deal Dispute if acknowledges it so. This should be solved with Staff in the thread made in Deal Disputes. Refrain from making threads regarding this subject in other sections.

An MM was used, but it doesn't mean you need to create a thread in other sections. Keep this subject in the thread above mentioned and let Staff take care of it.

I understand, but he knew the risks and knew the account wasn't mine. He was asked if he wanted a guarantee or something else. He refused and then he got access to the account. He changed the account data and tried the account. he told me and the MM that the account was working and everything was perfect. So the MM released the money. And the deal was done. What happens to the account after that is not my problem Sir.

I understand your concern, scam replies take some time due to a big amount of daily reports. And from what I saw your DD was open in 31th of July, so you need to wait. If after 1 week you don't have any replies, make a thread here:
