You are both to blame. He already did 90% of the work for the refund and now you want to switch things up because you found some kid who promised you BS. The client should always stick to his initial refunder, it is really not cool to do all the talking, answering questions for 2 weeks and then when the order comes you just run with the order to someone else that is promising you BS just to get your order.

That being said, if hes communication was sh.it and you offered to tip him for his time, you offered him compensation so yeah.......

Loyality is always expected. BTW, if you wanna work with a refunder with excellent cummunication add me, hehe, change your refunder for the thrid time, why not?

Hmm okay thanks for your opinion, as a customer you really don't know a lot about the process of refunding therefore communicating is key. I didn't know 90% of the work has been done already, if I knew that I wouldn't have canceled. Now I can understand him a little better tho I still think his reaction is really mean. He said he has fun in rebilling me now.
