Decreasing reputation cooldown

as a supreme upgraded member, one of the most annoying things i have found is the reputation cooldown, its pretty annoying that i can only rep a member every 24 hours, even though it avoids mass reputation, but at least make it 3 or more reputations a day , please upvote this idea if you think it deserves staff's attention.
