I’m pondering why I have a deal with caution under my account.
When I’ve refunded the buyer even though they broke my TOS.
There should be no reason why there is a deal with caution. As I have done Tens of thousands in sales from my business. And can show proof fully. I’m not a scammer and I don’t need to be in any kind of that classification. Why am I being the one punished.?
Or is this a simple mistake that was meant to be taken off my account.
I’ve spent hundreds in advertising and upgrades on this website. Why in the world would I ever ruin my reputation on scamming someone for $100.. I have over 150+ buyers all satisfied with my services.
Will wait For a response back regarding this, I just want it to be clear why I was banned, from my understanding is that I spammed in the deal disputes? I didn’t spam the deal disputes, I clearly made it known to not only staff but everyone commenting on the thread that I had already paid his refund, so the fact the thread was left open while the staff ignored me left me to respond to people’s comments the same posts that I’ve already done paid the buyer his refund.
And all I was making it clear was that the buyer never provided me with evidence to clear his name from being banned from my service. And for some reason staff decides to side with the buyer who is essentially now scamming myself.
But nonetheless, I care more about my rep than $100... so I paid him refund..
Now leads me to this point. Why am I being punished?
