Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $35.00
Screenshots of Communication: will be attached in the info
Additional Information:

Long story short, I was looking for a Coinbase + PayPal US bundle, so I kindly asked him for a discount in exchange of my service. From 200€ originally, we agreed on 150€

I've checked his Telegram before proposing him this and saw that the products that are only for [EU] are highlighted with that tag:

Would be logic to assume that the ones that are not tagged are worldwide, right?

"Why didn't you ask if I am offering US accounts?"

If the previous logic was not good enough, I can accept that. But I've proceeded making his graphic and sent it to him. After, making it and sending it my very next question was "I will be able to use the US accs even if I am ot in US, right?"

His reply? He was concerned about getting edits for the graphic:

Time went by and I kept asking stuff related to the Coinbase + PayPal US bundle and his replies were clearly inducing that he can provide that:

So why I didn't ask? I think I clearly did. After, it turned out that he cannot provide the US bundle, only EU ones.

How is it possible for a healthy pair of brains that after the 2 images attached before to reply with this?:

Now the guy is using my asset: https://i.imgur.com/mMhiiLu.png  https://i.imgur.com/oRfIAoL.png

In the end, seeing that he was misleading in his communication (as you can see he told me that he cannot do US only 2 days after I've provided him the banner and he started using it  [Image: who.png]) I just asked him to pay for the banner.

And while he was nice once while sending him the asset, now he showed his face and started stating imbecile things like: "Get what we agreed on or get nothing", "You begged me to give you discount", "agreeing on one thing and then you have the audacity of asking me for money".

This guy is absolutely ridiculous. He's welcome to reply, but according to the proof I've attached I doubt he will do anything else than just repeating the same disrespectful and idiotic states. I treated him respectfully and then he replied me like he really thinks he's someone selling his overprices BS instead of learning some English or train his Logical Thinking. I couldn't bother my ass, I am always reasonable and I'm sure I would have reach an agreement (accepting the original price $35.00 instead of a 50.00EUR discount that he couldn't offer proves that), but I cannot allow being treated like.

Crypto address for a refund: will provide when needed

The case is in fact really simple,

OP initially wanted to get a Coinbase + PayPal Package, and he begged me for a discount. We've agreed on a $50 discount on the Coinbase + PayPal Package, in exchange of an animated signature.
He did the signature, and now he doesn't want to get the package anymore, and he told me to pay him for the work that he done, but that was not our agreement.

I only do European accounts, yet he's trying to make me pay for the signature since I can't do his desired US account, but in the original deal he never specified he only wanted US accounts.

He opened the same scam report on Nulled too, and Lucas marked it as solved.

@Liars

I can confirm, he has to remove the banner from the spots he used it to advertise and this can be closed.
