Additional Information: Asked for a refund after the service failed to complete within the specified timeframe. Waited two days and then stumbled upon the owner of the service in the shoutbox, where I was told the refund process would be expedited. Still nothing. Not here to accuse anyone of scamming. I know this isn’t being done on purpose, since you probably hired someone. Just frustrated with the support, or lack thereof. No updates, no info, no refund.

In your sales thread, your website "banned.sh" redirects to a Telegram group that lists @SHbanned as the official support agent. See attached image

Your personal @ isn't listed anywhere, and it shouldn't be my responsibility to dig around or ask others to find you. I hope you acknowledge that we already spoke in the shoutbox, where I notified you of the lack of support regarding my refund request for a "failed" or non-existent ban. Despite that where you told me the matter would be handled soon, the support agent still hasn't issued a refund or even read my messages, which have been sitting there for over a week. Given this lack of a follow-through, I’m not sure why you’re acting like I am in the wrong for this ordeal.
