Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 90-150$

Additional Information:
Wanted to start reselling his email bomber. He was very communicative at first. He wanted 250$ for an unbranded version of his Telegram Bot. We agreed on 150$ then 100$ from the first sales. Dumb me accepting anyway, but whatever.
Got 1 sale & shortly after his bot stopped working as intended - "500 in gmail inbox". Waited for like 2 weeks only to get vague answers like "we believe we found a solution", "we hope for better inbox rate in future".
Couldn't accept this way of him being evasive considering he was very communicative at first and asked for 90$ refund out of the initial $150. $30 for the "server he bought for the bot", $20 for the half an hour he spend editing his bot (as can be seen in the screenshots it took him 30 minutes) and $10 for the 1 sale.
He tells me that's not possible cause those were the costs of the "bot creation" - which is a silly joke. The bot isn't working as intended & described + it's poorly made - even the "go back to main menu" button isn't working.
I've made plenty of bots for Telegram so I could know that he only linked a fresh Telegram Bot token to his API. There was no "bot creation" involved. 5% at best, 95% was for the right to resell his service which is not working under my personal brand.
